Malhab Global Ventures Limited is registered in Nigeria under RC 719339 as a private company limited by shares, with its head office at Suite F9, Extension F, Efab Mall, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.
The business is built around two things: logistics — clearing and forwarding, haulage, warehousing and nationwide distribution — and technology, meaning ICT consultancy and the procurement that follows it. They belong together. The advice is worth little if the equipment does not arrive, and the equipment is worth little if nobody specified it properly in the first place.
Behind those two sit the rest of our corporate objects, and they are unusually wide: general contracting, procurement and contract services, construction, building maintenance, medical and laboratory supply, import and export, petroleum marketing and manufacturing. That breadth is not a scattergun. It is what lets one company clear a consignment at the port, haul it inland, install it on site and maintain it afterwards.
In practice, clients come to us for one of two reasons. Either they need a supplier who can take the whole scope instead of coordinating five vendors, or they need something specific — a network build, laboratory reagents, a diesel supply contract, a fit-out — delivered by a company that will still be answering the phone next quarter.
