Logistics and Technology
These are the two divisions the company is built around and the two we lead with on any tender. Everything below them is real capability we hold and contract for — but these are where Malhab Global does most of its work.
Logistics, Haulage & Freight Forwarding
Clearing and forwarding, cargo haulage, warehousing and nationwide distribution — cargo collected, cleared, moved and delivered under one accountable contract.
We move general cargo from port of entry to final destination. Our clearing and forwarding desk handles documentation and customs liaison while our haulage capability — trucks, trailers, tankers and commercial buses — covers the road leg to any state in the Federation. Where goods need to be held, consolidated or broken down for onward delivery, we provide the warehousing and distribution layer as well.

Technology — Consultancy & Procurement
ICT advisory, systems and infrastructure design, and the supply that follows it — hardware, networks and licensed software, specified, sourced, installed and supported.
Two halves of the same job. On the consultancy side we assess what an organisation actually runs on, design the systems and network infrastructure to close the gaps, and write a specification that can be tendered without ambiguity. On the procurement side we source against that specification — computers, servers, networking, power protection, security systems and software licences — and move it through our own clearing, forwarding and haulage capability, so equipment arrives on schedule, configured and under one contract rather than three.

As general contractors and commission agents we source, negotiate and deliver against schedule. We act for clients who need a single accountable supplier rather than a dozen vendors — preparing the bid, holding the vendors to specification, expediting the order and closing out the paperwork. We also act as authorised representative and distributor for manufacturers seeking a presence in the Nigerian market.

Construction & Civil Works

We build. As general contractors and builders we take on construction contracts of every description, working as main contractor, subcontractor or joint-venture partner depending on how the project is packaged. Our scope runs from site preparation and structural works through to a fully commissioned, handover-ready building.

Buildings need attention long after handover. We hold the trades in-house — painters and decorators, plumbers, electricians, tilers, roofers and carpenters — and supply building materials of every kind, so a fit-out, refurbishment or maintenance contract does not fragment across a dozen small contractors. We work to planned maintenance schedules as readily as we respond to call-outs.

We import and supply hospital and laboratory equipment to public and private health facilities, teaching hospitals, research institutions and diagnostic centres. Because we also handle our own clearing, forwarding and haulage, sensitive equipment stays under our control from the point of shipment to the point of installation — and we stay involved for spares and after-sales support.

Importers, exporters and general merchants — wholesale trading, textiles, distributorships and merchandise of every description.
We trade. As importers, exporters and general merchants we bring goods into Nigeria and move Nigerian goods out, holding distributorships and dealerships for manufacturers and moving merchandise of every description — from textiles and consumables to industrial goods. Trade documentation, freight and inland delivery are handled by the same team, which keeps the chain short and the accountability clear.

Petroleum Products & LPG
Independent marketing of diesel, petrol, kerosene, lubricants and cooking gas — with the storage and haulage capacity behind it.
We operate as independent marketers of petroleum products, supplying diesel, petrol, kerosene, lubricants and liquefied petroleum gas to industrial, commercial and retail customers. Storage, haulage and product transfer are part of the same offering, which means bulk customers deal with one party for the product and the delivery.

Beyond trading and contracting, we manufacture and we represent those who do. We undertake manufacturing on an industrial or bespoke scale, carry out local assembly and value-added processing, and acquire and exploit the patents, licences, privileges and concessions that make production possible.
